Only 5 warranty claims in 8 years. We sell parts we trust, and we stand behind them.
UNDERCARRIAGE PARTS
1-year full replacement warranty. Covers track chains, track groups, rollers, idlers, sprockets and other undercarriage parts we sell. No pro-rating.
FINAL DRIVES
Up to 3 years. The term depends on the drive, and we confirm it on your quote and invoice.
HOW A WARRANTY CLAIM WORKS
1. Call or email us. Tell us the machine make, model and serial number, the part, the hours on it, and send a few photos.
2. Buy the replacement part. This gets your machine back to work right away instead of waiting on the claim.
3. Send the failed part back. We'll tell you where to send it.
4. We inspect it. We check the failed part and let you know the result.
5. Credit is issued. Once the claim is approved, we issue a credit for the replacement part.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Shipping isn't covered either way: not for sending the failed part back, and not for the replacement part.
- Labour isn't covered.
- Credit is issued only after the failed part is returned, inspected and approved.

Shipping Policy
We ship in-stock parts as soon as we can. Order before 12 PM PT, Monday to Thursday, for next-day shipping: in-stock parts will most likely arrive the next day in most of BC.
