What's in a package
The machine should only come apart once.
When parts arrive from different places, the machine sits half-built. A package puts every part on one quote and one shipment, matched to the same serial number.
- Track groups: ACE Track (premium) or R-Brand (lower cost)
- Rollers: premium Japanese-made R-Brand rollers.
- Idlers and sprockets matched to the chain.
- Optional: track adjusters and final drives.
How it works
From serial number to one shipment.
- Send your machine and date: make, model, serial and hours.
- Get one quote, with a straight answer on what can wait.
- One shipment. A full package can usually go on a truck the next day.
Example: FH400 for Tigercat 830 and 870 machines: 28" single bar track groups, Japanese-made rollers, forged Korean idlers and sprockets.
